Beware of fake, phishing emails designed to look like they’re sent by Comcast Xfinity. These emails look professional, are formatted properly and even include Xfinity logos. These phishing emails attempt to trick you into clicking a button in the email that says, “Manage Account”. It is likely that these emails redirect to a malicious website that steals your credentials or infect your computer with malware.
Always verify the email sender’s email address. Xfinity communications will come from a legitimate Xfinity email address.
Never access or log into your Xfinity account from an email link. Instead, go directly to their website by using a saved bookmark or type their official website address directly into your web browser. After you arrive on the official website, then log directly into your account.
Do not click on links in suspicious emails. Don’t even click on the “Unsubscribe” links that may appear at the bottom of email. Simply delete suspicious emails right away then block the sender.
